Both groups received routine rehabilitation training and walking training, while the research group received anti-gravity treadmill walking training for 12 consecutive weeks. The Berg balance scale, Tinetti gait assessment scale, and 10m maximum walking speed test were used to evaluate the patients before and after treatment.
