A substantial proportion of patients with PD have balance problems and freezing of gait has been reported in 47% of cases . FoG is defined as \u201cbrief, episodic absence or marked reduction of forward progression of the feet despite the intention to walk\u201d and typically occurs on initiating gait or on turning while walking . Several therapeutic approaches have been employed in clinical studies and medical practice in order to improve FoG, including: pharmacological therapy; brain, spinal cord and vagus nerve stimulation; and physiotherapeutic approaches using wearable cueing devices, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goldenall.com\/en\/anti-gravity-treadmill\/\">anti-gravity treadmill<\/a> training, walk-bicycle, or obstacle aquatic training with variable clinical benefit .<\/p><p>In this study, we aimed to assess whether training with an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goldenall.com\/en\/anti-gravity-treadmill\/\">anti-gravity treadmill<\/a> can improve FoG and mobility in patients with PD.
